This Privacy Policy applies to the Finance Flip app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by HO MA SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). HO MA SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data (such as your ephemeral IP address) may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained by the Service Provider or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting wladyslawdrewek89@gmail.com.
Data Retention
Finance Flip does not collect or store personal data through normal use of the Application. Accordingly, the Service Provider has no personal app-use data to retain and there is no retention period for such data.
If you voluntarily send personal information to the Service Provider outside the Application, for example by email, that information may be kept only as long as necessary to respond to your request or satisfy applicable legal obligations, and may be deleted upon request where legally permitted.
Data Deletion
Because Finance Flip does not collect or store personal data through normal app use, there is no server-side personal app-use data for the Service Provider to delete.
You can remove locally stored app content by clearing the Application’s data using your device settings or by uninstalling the Application. The exact device controls may vary by operating system.
If you have voluntarily provided personal information to the Service Provider outside the Application, you can request its deletion by emailing wladyslawdrewek89@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected through use of the Application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means, applicable consent requirements may apply.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it holds.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal app-use data is minimal. If a breach involves personal information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent to material changes will be sought before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider.
